Job Description

Experience of minimum 7-10 years with capability of making balance sheets daily trial balances etc
1.Balance Sheet FinalizationPrepare, review, and finalize the monthly, quarterly, and annual Balance Sheet.Ensure accuracy of all ledger balances and schedules.Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations (bank, vendor, debtor, assets, liabilities).Identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.2. Financial ReportingPrepare Profit & Loss statements, Cash Flow statements, and other financial reports.Support management with financial insights, variance analysis, and MIS reports.Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.3. Accounts Payable & ReceivableMonitor vendor payments, invoice processing, and vendor reconciliation.Oversee billing, revenue recognition, and collection follow-ups.Review debtor/creditor aging reports.4. Taxation & Statutory ComplianceEnsure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable laws.Handle monthly/quarterly tax returns and filings.Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.5. Budgeting & ForecastingPrepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.Track financial KPIs, monitor variances, and suggest corrective actions.
