Here's a professional Job Description for Indeed.com for the position of Senior Accounts Executive at Ravine Hotel, Panchgani: --- Senior Accounts Executive Location: Ravine Hotel, Panchgani, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Ravine Hotel, a premier hill station resort in Panchgani, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage the hotel’s financial records, ensure compliance, and support strategic business decisions through accurate reporting. --- Key Responsibilities: · Maintain and oversee daily accounting transactions, general ledger, and bank reconciliations, current and previous years data. · Prepare monthly P\&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports · Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filings · Process vendor payments, manage receivables/payables, and reconcile accounts · Assist with budget planning, audits, and financial analysis · Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors · Implement and improve internal controls and accounting systems --- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (B.Com/M.Com); CA Inter or equivalent preferred 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality sector Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines --- Benefits: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Free Staff meals and accommodation Opportunity to grow within a reputed hospitality brand Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Panchgani, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Accounting: 5 years (Preferred) Location: Panchgani, Maharashtra (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
