Senior Accounts Executive

1) Brief about the position/Responsibilities:

Detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage key accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support finalization of accounts. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9, strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, and the ability to handle end-to-end accounting functions.

2) Job Description

a. Date Entry in Tally ERP 9 with proper cost centres

b. Data Entry/Filing/Computation of GST, TDS, PF/ESIC

c. Monthly Scrutiny of accounts

d. Bank entry & Reconciliation

e. Compliance of Statutory Requirements GSTR1, GSTR 3B, TDS & PT - Working and Return

f. Invoicing and E-Invoicing

g. Bank Letter preparation for E Payment and NEFT for Employees & Vendor payment Offline mode

h. Preparation of Fund Utilisation report under CSR -Monthly-Quarterly-Yearly

i. Support for Preparation of Monthly profit and loss account/BS and various statement for auditors for finalization of accounts for Financial Year.

j. Monthly Salary & Consultants bill Booking.

a. Practical Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF/ESIC

6) Grade

a. Deputy Manager - Accounts

7) Qualification & Experience

a. Bachelor’s degree/BCOM preferred

b. Experience – 3 to 5 Years.

a. Meet Accounting timelines as per SOP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
