Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage the complete spectrum of accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day book-keeping, GST, company accounts, import/export entries, and customer accounts. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting software, tax laws, and documentation processes.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate books of accounts including Journal, Ledger, and Trial Balance, etc

- Finalise accounts such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and supporting schedules

-Assist during statutory and internal audits

- Manage bank reconciliation and petty cash

- File monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns

- Reconcile GST input tax credit (ITC) with GSTR-2A/2B

- Prepare documentation for GST audits and respond to departmental notice

- File TDS returns (Form 26Q, 24Q, etc.) and ensure timely tax deposits

- Record import and export transactions accurately

- Maintain shipping bills, BOE (Bill of Entry), and foreign inward remittance forms

- Reconcile foreign payments and account for forex gain/loss

- Coordinate with CHA/customs and logistics teams

- Maintain customer ledgers and track incoming payments

- Generate invoices and debit/credit notes

- Periodically reconcile accounts with customers

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting; M.Com or semi-qualified CA/CMA preferred

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role

- Proficient in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting standards

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and import/export compliance

- Experience in manufacturing/trading industry is a plus

- Good analytical, organisational, and communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to handle deadlines independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
