We are seeking a Senior Accountant with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in day-to-day bookkeeping, GST returns filing, and TDS compliances. Fluency in English and Kannada is essential, and proficiency in Excel and Tally is a must. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients. Record financial transactions in accounting software and manual ledgers. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and principles. GST Returns Filing: Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns for clients. Keep abreast of GST regulations and updates. TDS Compliance: Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable rates. File TDS returns within the stipulated deadlines. Resolve TDS-related issues and discrepancies. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Generate customized financial reports for clients as needed. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries and provide financial insights. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent service. Excel and Tally Skills: Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in Tally for efficient accounting and financial management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations. Proficiency in English and Kannada (both written and verbal). Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Tally. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Accounting : Execute day-to-day accounting operations for assigned clients, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance. Tally Proficiency : Utilize Tally software to record financial transactions accurately, generate financial reports, and ensure data integrity. Tax Compliance : Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax, GST, and other applicable tax compliance requirements. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax regulations and deadlines. Client Communication : Maintain effective communication with clients to gather necessary financial information, provide updates on their financial status, and address any accounting or tax-related queries.
