• Statutory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and standards related to accounting and finance.
• Financial Reporting: Managing and preparing financial reports, statements, and returns.
• Accounting Operations: Overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and Day Book
• Team Management: Leading and mentoring a team of accountants and accounting staff.
• Audit and Assurance: Coordinating with auditors, responding to audit queries, and ensuring compliance.
• Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, responding to audit queries and ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decision-making.
