Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the company's financial records and reporting, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. - Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve organizational goals. - Collaborate with management to provide strategic financial insights. - Willingness to undertake official travel as per the business requirements. Requirements: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management in reputed firms. - Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
