Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to oversee the entire accounting cycle while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports.

-Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

-Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reconciliations.Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions.

-Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

-Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities during audits.

-Implement and improve internal financial controls and accounting processes.

-Guide and support junior accountants and accounting staff.

-Provide management with financial analysis, variance reports, and recommendations.

Key Skills & Qualities:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.Proficiency in Tally / ERP software, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

-Attention to detail with strong accuracy in financial reporting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

-:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

-.5+ years of proven experience as an Accountant/Senior Accountant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,962.55 - ₹29,254.13 per month
