Position: Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.).
• Supervise and guide junior accountants and support staff.
• Handle reconciliations, audits, and financial planning.
• Collaborate with management for strategic financial decisions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven accounting experience, preferably in an institutional or corporate setup.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and auditing standards.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Leadership qualities to guide a team effectively.
