Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of accountants and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support.
• Assign tasks, review work, and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement new accounting systems and tools to enhance accuracy and productivity.

Tax Compliance:

• Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate, sales, and payroll taxes.
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Work with tax advisors to address complex tax issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g.,Tally Prime).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Minimum 3-5 years in GST & Income Return Filing

Work Experience

• Previous work experience in CA office is Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
