Job Title : Senior Accountant/Accountant

Qualification

Maste’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

 Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets,

income statements, and cash flow statements.

 Performing account reconciliations and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

 Monitoring and tracking expenses to ensure they are within budgetary limits.

 Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

 Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations based on findings.

 Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

 Maintaining an organized filing system for all financial documents and records and MIS

reports

 Collaborating with other departments to gather information and ensure accuracy of financial

data.

Experience

5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Skills

 Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

 Must have knowledge of Tally Prime.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

 Basic knowledge of GST & TDS.

 Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software.

 Experience with financial analysis and modeling.

 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
