Role Overview

This position requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including

  vouchers, receipts, payments, and journal entries

  .
• Maintain accurate records of

  student fee collections, refunds, and advances

  .
• Prepare and reconcile

  bank statements, ledgers, and trial balances

  .
• Ensure

  timely processing of vendor payments, staff salaries, and reimbursements

  .
• Handle

  TDS, GST, and other statutory filings

  in compliance with government regulations.
• Prepare monthly and annual

  financial reports, budgets, and expense summaries

  .
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial reviews.
• Support management with financial data for decision-making and institutional audits.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

  (B.Com / M.Com preferred).

• 2–6 years

  of relevant accounting experience (preferably in an educational institution or trust).
• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP, MS Excel, and Google Workspace

  .
• Strong understanding of

  GST, TDS, and financial compliance requirements

  .
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Integrity, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines.
