Senior Accountant (Surat)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting activities (sales, purchase, expenses, payroll, etc.)
• Finalize monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts.
• Handle

  GST, TDS, and other statutory filings

  and ensure compliance.
• Prepare

  MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets

  .
• Reconcile

  bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers

  .
• Monitor and control

  cash flow and petty cash management

  .
• Coordinate with

  auditors

  , vendors, and internal departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Assist in

  budget preparation and cost control

  for outlets and projects.
• Review and improve accounting processes to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

• Qualification:

  B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance / CA (Inter) preferred

• Experience:

  Minimum

  5+ years

  of experience in accounting; experience in

  F&B, café, or hospitality industry

  preferred

• Software Knowledge:

  Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Excel / any accounting software
• Strong understanding of

  GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
