Job Description

Seeking a Dynamic Accountant for an FMCG brand based out of Mumbai. Job Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Manage cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds for operational needs Monitor and analyse financial performance, budgets, and cost control Ensure timely and accurate GST filings, tax compliance, and audits Supervise and mentor junior finance staff (e.g., Account Executive) Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners Maintain accurate financial records using Tally, Excel, and Zoho CRM Provide strategic financial insights to the management team and support decision-making Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or hospitality industries Strong command over Tally, Microsoft Excel, and working knowledge of Zoho CRM In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and taxation (GST, TDS) Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent leadership and communication skills Show more Show less
