You will take full ownership of Armorys end\-to\-end accounting operations. From maintaining daily books to ensuring flawless GST and TDS compliance, youll be the custodian of financial accuracy across the organisation. The role requires strong foundational knowledge, meticulous execution, and proven proficiency in Zoho Books.

Manage daily accounting: sales, purchases, expenses, journals, and reconciliations in Zoho Books.

Maintain accurate books for project costs, R&D spends, fixed assets, and inventory.

Handle full GST lifecycle: fillings (monthly\/quarterly), reconciliations (GSTR\-1\/3B\/2B), e\-invoicing, and e\-way bills.

Manage TDS: deductions, payments, returns, and 26AS reconciliations.

Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, and balance sheet schedules; support project\-wise profitability tracking.

Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits with timely documentation.

Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and compliance processes aligned with defence\-tech operations and contracts.

Must Haves

Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and corporate tax compliance.

Mandatory hands\-on experience with Zoho Books; Solid Excel skills.

Exposure to manufacturing, defence or tech environments.
