Job Description

Financial Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and complete financial records and ledgers for the travel agency.
Accounts Management:Manage accounts payable and receivable, process and reconcile IATA-BSP and other air services, as well as non-air services like hotels and visas.
Invoicing and Payments:Prepare invoices for various services, process payments, handle credit notes and refunds, and reconcile supplier accounts.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:Generate and analyze financial reports, statements (income, balance sheet, cash flow), budgets, and forecasts.
Compliance:Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry standards, including IATA requirements.
Cash Flow Management:Monitor and manage the agency's cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
Taxation:Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely tax payments.
Payroll:Process payroll for staff members and handle related financial aspects.
Audit Support:Liaise with internal auditors to ensure proper compliance and support audit procedures.
Financial Guidance:Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the travel or aviation industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
