Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Udaipur. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new client relationships, overseeing client satisfaction, and ensuring smooth operations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client needs, monitoring performance metrics, resolving issues, and providing regular updates to senior management. The role also involves strategic planning and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

• Account management experience, including managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
• Analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics and developing strategic plans
• Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve client issues efficiently
• Leadership qualities, with experience in team coordination and management
• Ability to work on-site in Udaipur
• Understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Experience: 4+ Years of experience

Salary Range: 30 - 40K Per month
