Senior Account Manager

As a seasoned Senior Accounts Manager at the company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the accounting processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making. - Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and tax laws to maintain transparency and integrity. - Manage TDS deductions, certifications, and filings to meet regulatory requirements. - Coordinate and manage the year-end closing process, including reconciliations and adjustments for accurate financial reporting. - Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process and ensure timely completion of audit queries. - Oversee the billing process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing for clients. - Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance for optimal results. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. - 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and ERP. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
