Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Anklesvar. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include overseeing account activities, handling client communications, identifying opportunities for account growth, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The Senior Account Manager will also prepare reports, analyze data to identify trends, and present these findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client relationship management, and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
