As the Senior Finance Manager at Goreen E Mobility Pvt Limited, you will be instrumental in overseeing the financial management of our 2-wheeler manufacturing company. Your role will involve ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, providing strategic guidance for growth and profitability, and focusing on improving operational efficiencies and driving financial performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):** - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes. - Provide insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. - Conduct variance analysis and provide corrective action plans. - Track financial performance indicators aligning with business objectives. - **Cost Management & Control:** - Oversee cost accounting functions, standard cost setting, and variance analysis. - Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in manufacturing operations. - Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams for optimizing costs. - **Financial Reporting:** - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - Present financial results to management highlighting trends and insights. - **Internal Controls & Compliance:** - Maintain strong internal controls over financial processes. - Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards. - **Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:** - Manage the company's cash flow and working capital for optimal liquidity levels. - **Audit & Taxation:** - Lead internal and external audits ensuring efficiency. - Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with tax laws. - Manage tax planning to optimize the company's tax position. - **Team Leadership & Development:** - Supervise and mentor the finance team. - Identify skill development areas and provide training opportunities. - **Strategic Financial Decision Support:** - Collaborate with senior leadership for business growth initiatives. - Perform financial due diligence for potential acquisitions or partnerships. **Qualifications & Skills:** - **Education:** MBA in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent financial qualification. - **Experience:** 7-10 years in finance, with 3-5 years in a senior finance role preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. - **Key Competencies:** Strong analytical skills, communication, ability to manage priorities, and leadership qualities. **Preferred Attributes:** - Knowledge of the two-wheeler/automotive manufacturing industry. - Experience in managing financial operations across multiple locations.
