Job Description

Opening for Field Service Engineer, Job description: · Train and guide the dealers and their Service representatives. · Manage all on site services, repair, maintenance and test tasks · Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions · Produce timely and detailed service reports · Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation · Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings · Evaluating the performance of team members and submit reports to the immediate heads. · Conduct surveys to understand the need and requirements of the customers within the territory and maintain a strong working relationship with them. · Attend trade shows to promote the products and services of the company. · Travel within the assigned territory as and when required. Requirements: Candidate should be Mechanical Engineer holder, or a mechanical Engineering Diploma holder. Experience from automotive Industry is an added advantage. (Electronic Vehicle Engineer) Good communication Skill Willing to travel whenever its required. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Mon to sat 10:00 to 7:00 pm (Flexible) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Work from home Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: Remote
