Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the TCL brand B2B business in the Kollam & Trivandrum regions. Your role will involve developing and maintaining a strong network of dealers and distributors for TCL products. By onboarding new channel partners, you will drive B2B sales of TCL TVs and other smart products to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Building and nurturing relationships with channel partners will be crucial to fostering loyalty and business growth. Regular market visits, dealer meetings, and promotional activities will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will monitor competitor activities to provide actionable insights and maintain accurate reporting on sales, market conditions, and customer feedback. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the TV/mobile/electronics industry. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to independently handle dealer accounts are essential requirements for this role. Good communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are desired. The willingness to travel extensively in Kollam and Trivandrum is also necessary.
