Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive at Mitsogo, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and expansion. Your main responsibilities will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and conducting market research to explore potential areas for business development. With 8-10 years of experience in outbound sales in the IT & Security Solution Sales sector in the India region, along with a Masters degree in business or a related field, you are well-equipped to excel in this role. Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, the ability to cultivate and sustain customer relationships, adept problem-solving and negotiation abilities, as well as effective time management skills are essential for success in this position. Your duties will include devising and executing a strategic sales plan to meet sales targets and boost revenue, engaging with potential enterprise customers to foster enduring relationships, and fulfilling assigned quotas and territory plans. You will be responsible for prospecting, forecasting, managing a robust sales pipeline, and seeing deals through the entire sales cycle. Additionally, you will be expected to create an annual plan to drive new customer acquisition, expand existing accounts, and ensure high retention rates. Collaboration with various teams such as Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success, and HR will be crucial in your role. Your support in client and prospect meetings, as well as providing regular updates on sales activities and progress towards targets, will be essential for the overall success of the company.,
