Job Title: Senior Account Executive – Civil ConstructionLocation: Durg, Chhattisgarh Department: Accounts & Finance Reports To: Accounts Manager / Director Company Overview:We are a reputed civil construction company engaged in executing government infrastructure projects across Chhattisgarh. With a focus on quality, compliance, and timely delivery, we are looking for a skilled Senior Account Executive to manage our accounting and financial operations from our head office in Durg. Key Responsibilities:Maintain and oversee day-to-day accounting functions including bookkeeping, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Prepare, verify, and process contractor and vendor bills in line with project requirements and government contract norms. Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, and ESI returns. Manage vendor and subcontractor payments, advances, and reconciliations. Support project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting. Liaise with auditors, banks, and government departments as required. Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely submission of MIS reports. Assist management in cash flow planning and financial decision-making.
