Junior Executive - Accounts & Finance

As a Junior Executive in the Accounts and Finance department at Mitsogo's Enterprise software division, Hexnode, you will play a crucial role in managing accounting transactions for various locations such as the UK, Singapore, UAE, and Germany. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate month-end and annual closings, handling the PO process, compiling budgets in line with corporate guidelines, computing taxes, and preparing tax returns. You will also be responsible for managing balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and auditing financial transactions and documents regularly to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Your role will involve preparing management reports, coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of inter-company transactions, maintaining the privacy of financial information, and assessing accounting software applications and control procedures. To excel in this position, you should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, working knowledge of accounting ERPs and systems, proficiency in MS Office, an understanding of statutory compliances, and knowledge of accounting concepts and processes.
