Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Account Executive based in Madurai. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategies to meet sales targets, preparing financial reports, and overseeing account operations. They will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

Experience in client relationship management, account management, and business development
Strong skills in financial reporting, data analysis, and budgeting
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to strategize, plan, and execute sales initiatives collaboratively
Familiarity with the agricultural or farming industry is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or relevant accounting and CRM software
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
