Senior Account Executive

Senior Accounts Executive role, - adapted to agro domain: Responsibilities: Financial Management: Handling day-to-day accounting, payroll management, month/year-end close processes, preparing invoices, and following up on payments. Client & Vendor Communication: Communicating with clients and vendors, maintaining relationships, and addressing queries. Accounting & Taxation: Understanding and working experience in TDS, GST, and general accounting principles. Software Proficiency: Managing accounting software (like QuickBooks, FreshBooks), and HRMS tools (like Zoho, Greyt HR). Sales & Business Development: Setting and monitoring sales targets, identifying potential customers, developing client relationships, and negotiating contracts. Team Leadership: Supervising account executives, ensuring deadlines are met. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an accountant or in a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficient in managing accounting software and HRMS tools. Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting and taxation laws. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
