Job Description: Senior Accounts Executive - Finance Company Overview: Dakshinayan Foods Private Limited is a well-established name in the hospitality sector, with over two decades of experience. The company owns and operates a chain of restaurants under the brand name Dakshinayan, known for its authentic South Indian cuisine. With five successful outlets-three in Ahmedabad and two in Mumbai-Dakshinayan is now expanding its footprint further and is seeking a Senior Executive Finance. Job Summary: Dakshinayan Foods Private Limited is seeking a reliable and experienced Senior Executive Finance to ensure accurate and timely accounting entries. The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure day to day accounting of financial transaction, update financial records, responsible for TDS, GST and applicable statutory compliance, and providing support to Finance Head. This role requires indepth knowledge of TALLY and should be well conversant with MS Ofiice / Excel. Key Responsibilities: - Timely and accurate Data entry on a daily basis. - Preparation of Monthly balance sheet accounts and profit and loss accounts and other financial statement at unit and consolidated level. - Assist in preparing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in coordination with Head Finance. - Preparation of MIS reports relating to monthly business review and forecast. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc.). - Provide necessary data and coordinate internal and external audits and finalize audit reports. - Prepare and update cash flow statements in coordination with Head Finance - Preparation of inventory statements. - Provide necessary data for banks, vendors, and government authorities for financial matters. Qualifications: Education: B Com / Inter CA Experience: 15+ years of experience in accounting and finance in retail sector, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or manufacturing sector Technical Skills: -Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software -Strong knowledge of GST and TDS Soft Skills: -High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving -Excellent communication and reporting skill - Strong expertise in accounts and reporting and data entry of finance.
