About the Role

diamond jewellery showroom and manufacturing business

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end accounting

  for showroom and manufacturing operations
• Maintain and manage accounts using

  Tally

• Prepare and manage

  advanced Excel sheets

  (MIS, reconciliations, reports)
• Ensure compliance with

  GST

  (returns, reconciliation, filings)
• Handle

  TDS

  calculations, deductions, and filings
• Manage

  process accounting

  related to jewellery manufacturing
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Finalize accounts

  and coordinate with

  Chartered Accountant (CA)

  for review and audits
• Manage ledgers, bank reconciliations, debtor/creditor reconciliation
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely closure of books

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as an Accountant / Senior Accountant

• Excellent working knowledge of Tally

• Strong command over Microsoft Excel

  (formulas, reconciliations, reports)
• Practical experience in

  GST and TDS compliance

• Experience with

  process accounting

  , preferably in manufacturing or jewellery industry
• Ability to independently

  finalize accounts for CA review

• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in

  diamond, jewellery, or manufacturing industry

  is a strong advantage
• Based in Surat or willing to work on-site

• Immediate joiner or short notice period

  preferred
