Senior Account Executive

Position Overview :

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting business decisions through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily accounting transactions, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.

Prepare and maintain books of accounts in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

Handle vendor and customer accounts, including invoice processing, follow-ups, and reconciliations.

Coordinate and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements as required.

Liaise with banks, auditors, and internal departments for finance-related matters.

Monitor outstanding payments and assist in credit control.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial records.

Required Skills and Competencies :

Strong command over Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.

In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Effective communication and coordination skills.

Experience : 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance and prior experience in a manufacturing, trading, or import export will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
