Job Title: Account Director – ERP Sales (Part-Time)
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic ERP Sales Account Director with deep expertise in the manufacturing vertical. This part-time leadership role is ideal for someone who excels at building and managing C-level client relationships, driving consultative sales in ERP (particularly Odoo or similar platforms), and shaping sales outcomes with precision and insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead key ERP sales initiatives for manufacturing sector clients
  • Drive sales cycles end-to-end, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers to deliver consultative solutions
  • Customize product presentations and proposals to meet manufacturing-specific needs
  • Build and manage executive-level client relationships and strategic accounts
  • Guide commercial discussions, pricing structures, and long-term contracts
  • Report pipeline forecasts and CRM updates to the executive sales team
  • Share insights on ERP trends and align solutions with evolving industry demands

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in ERP/software sales, with a focus on the manufacturing vertical
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling to manufacturing enterprises
  • Strong knowledge of operations, production, inventory, and supply chain processes
  • Experience managing high-value sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements
  • Fluent in CRM usage for pipeline, forecasting, and account tracking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client retention skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms
  • Experience in channel partnerships or reseller networks within manufacturing
  • Established client network in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial goods
