Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven ABM professional to own the complete ABM lifecycle from account selection to engagement and conversion. The role involves collaborating with sales to align ICPs, target lists, and messaging, while developing personalized, multi-channel campaigns using ads, email, LinkedIn, and ABM tools (RollWorks, Demandbase, 6sense, etc.). You will manage workflows via CRM/MAP platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo), analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns. The position also requires supporting sales enablement with account intelligence and collateral while ensuring close alignment between sales and marketing through shared goals, reporting, and insights.

Requirements
3-8 years in B2B marketing (2+ in ABM), hands-on with ABM tools, CRM/MAP platforms, and LinkedIn outreach solutions. Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills are essential.
