About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Academic Counselors who can guide students and professionals toward the right educational and career choices. The role involves counseling, student engagement, and driving course enrollments for one of our reputed EdTech clients in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide prospective students or working professionals regarding suitable learning programs.
• Conduct detailed academic and career needs assessments.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Explain program details, including course structure, outcomes, and fee structure.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions using CRM tools.
• Provide post-enrollment support to ensure a positive student experience.
• Stay updated on industry and educational trends for better guidance.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Psychology preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in counseling, academic advising, or EdTech sales.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in a sales-oriented environment with targets.
• Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems.
• Other Requirements:
• Must be unmarried (as per client requirement).
• Must own a personal laptop (not arranged).
• Must be able to relocate to Noida within 7 days.
• Must be available to work full-time from office.

• Salary: ₹3–4.5 LPA + Incentives
