Key Responsibilities: Call and connect with potential learners/parents from the provided leads. Understand customer needs and explain Infinity Learns courses in a clear and convincing manner. Convert leads into sales and meet weekly/monthly targets. Regularly follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Update call details and progress in the CRM system. Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals. Candidate Requirements: Languages Preferred: Tamil Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office. Education: Any graduate. Experience: 0-2 years in sales/customer service. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Why Join Us?
