Engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their educational and career aspirations. Provide accurate information about the institute’s programs, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and financial aid options. Assist students in selecting courses that align with their career goals and interests. Follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into enrollments. Maintain a database of student inquiries and regularly update follow-up details. Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide insightful guidance.
