About the Role:

Senior 3D Modeller


What you'll do:

  • Create

    high-quality 3D models, props, environments, and characters

    optimized for real-time engines such as

    Unreal Engine and Unity

    .
  • Design and implement

    realistic textures, materials, lighting, and shading

    using advanced rendering techniques and PBR workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, animators, technical artists) to ensure seamless integration of assets into pipelines.
  • Optimize assets for

    performance and scalability

    , maintaining balance between visual fidelity and real-time efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain

    asset libraries

    , documentation, and best practices for reusability and consistency.
  • Conduct

    quality checks and peer reviews

    to ensure adherence to artistic direction and technical guidelines.
  • Contribute to

    AR/VR/AI-driven projects

    with innovative 3D modeling and visualization solutions.
  • Stay updated with

    emerging industry tools, workflows, and trends

    to continuously improve production pipelines.


What you'll bring:


  • 6+ years of professional experience

    in 3D modeling, texturing, and asset creation for games, simulations, or real-time applications.
  • Expertise in industry-standard tools:

    Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    PBR workflows

    , UV mapping, baking, and optimizing assets for

    real-time rendering

    .
  • Experience working with

    Unreal Engine and/or Unity pipelines

    for integration and testing.
  • Solid understanding of

    lighting, shading, and rendering

    for realistic outputs.
  • Experience in

    AR/VR/AI projects

    with performance-optimized assets is preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating

    realistic models, environments, and textures

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
