Job Description: As a Customer Support Representative at our company, you will be responsible for handling both voice and non-voice customer support. This includes managing inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve issues, provide information, and address queries. You will also be expected to handle email and chat support efficiently, ensuring timely responses and resolution of customer concerns. Additionally, you will play a key role in providing product or service-related information and clarifications over calls and written communication. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls - Manage email and chat support - Provide product or service-related information - Update and maintain accurate customer records in the database - Process customer requests and follow up on pending queries - Input customer details, feedback, and service logs into CRM systems - Prepare regular reports based on customer interactions and feedback Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in customer support role - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work in a team environment Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including a flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund.
