JOB DESCRIPTION:

As discussed, we are looking for process associates (Semi Voice process) with good communication skills. These candidates are expected to speak fluently, as their role is to interact with onshore employees.

1. Stability: Candidates are expected to commit to a minimum two-year tenure with India, reflecting a strong and lasting professional engagement. Assessing the candidate's stability and motivation for the job is crucial.

2. Communication Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken English is high priority. Candidates should exhibit fluency to ensure effective communication in a professional setting.

3. Night Shift Availability: Candidates are required to be available for night shifts, predominantly from 09:30 pm to 06:30 am. This criterion is essential to align with operational requirements.

4. Confidence Level: Candidates should demonstrate a high level of confidence in their communication and interactions. This attribute is vital for success in the role.

5. Inclination Towards Job Role: Recruiters are expected to assess the candidate's genuine interest and alignment with the job role.

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹25,433.65 per month
