As a Customer Support representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle both inbound and outbound customer calls to effectively resolve issues, provide necessary information, and address any queries they may have. You will also be responsible for managing email and chat support, ensuring timely responses and resolving customer concerns through written communication. Additionally, you will assist in providing product or service-related information and clarifications over calls and written correspondence. In terms of documentation and record-keeping, it will be essential for you to update and maintain accurate customer records in the database after each interaction. You will also need to process customer requests, follow up on pending queries, and diligently track the progress of any outstanding issues. Data entry and reporting will be another crucial aspect of your role, involving inputting customer details, feedback, and service logs into CRM systems or relevant platforms. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing regular reports or summaries based on customer interactions and feedback.
