We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to support our corporate secretarial, legal, and compliance functions. The role includes ROC filings, board and shareholder meeting documentation, due diligence, fundraising compliance, FEMA/RBI filings, and assistance in contract vetting and regulatory reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want hands-on exposure to end-to-end secretarial and legal compliance in a fast-paced startup environment.


Key Skills & Requirements:

• Semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS Executive/Professional level)

• 0–2 years of experience in corporate secretarial, legal, or compliance roles

• Knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, RBI regulations, labour laws, and startup compliance is desirable

• Strong drafting, documentation, and liaison skills

• High ownership, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
