Semi-Qualified Company Secretary

As a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary at Gosree Finance Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the finance and legal teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of statutory records - Coordinating board meetings and preparing necessary documentation - Ensuring compliance with company laws and regulations - Filing required documents with regulatory authorities - Drafting resolutions and maintaining statutory registers - Preparing minutes of meetings - Supporting the compliance and secretarial functions To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Passed Executive program and completed CS training - Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and knowledge in RBI/NBFC regulations preferred - Experience in maintaining statutory records and assisting in board meetings - Proficiency in RoC filing and secretarial documentation - Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, or related field is preferred - Experience in the financial sector would be beneficial Join Gosree Finance Limited in Ernakulam and be a part of our mission to serve Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises with innovative financial solutions.,
