The Role

Seller Acquisition Manager

What You'll Do

  • Evangelize the Vision:

    Meet with homeowners in top residential societies, understand their challenges with the traditional resale market, and passionately pitch the unique Openhouse value proposition.
  • Build Trust & Relationships:

    Act as a trusted advisor to sellers, establishing instant rapport and guiding them through our property assessment, pricing, and onboarding process.
  • Drive for Exclusivity:

    Your core objective is to skillfully negotiate and sign exclusive mandate agreements, making Openhouse the sole partner in the seller's journey.
  • Be the Face of Openhouse:

    You will represent our brand on the ground, embodying the professionalism, transparency, and trust we stand for.
  • Gather Market Intelligence:

    Be our eyes and ears in the field, gathering insights on pricing trends, seller sentiment, and competitor activity to help us stay sharp.
  • Own Your Pipeline:

    Manage your own pipeline of leads from initial contact to successful onboarding, working with a high degree of autonomy.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as business development, sales, consulting, or high-touch relationship management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proven ability to be persuasive and persistent.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience in real estate is a plus, but a passion for our mission is a must.
