Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the Industrial Trade Retail segment. Additionally, you will develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth in the segment. Collaborating with product management is essential to ensure effective positioning and messaging of abrasive products. Planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and events will be part of your role. Providing sales support by offering marketing tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales is crucial. Strengthening brand presence and awareness in the market through targeted marketing initiatives is also a key responsibility. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing activities to provide insights and recommendations for improvement will be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer service, is necessary to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research within the Industrial Trade Retail segment - Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives - Collaborate with product management for effective product positioning - Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels - Provide sales support by enhancing customer engagement and driving sales - Strengthen brand presence and awareness through targeted marketing initiatives - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive marketing efforts Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Marketing/Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred - Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector - Strong understanding of the abrasives market and industrial trade retail segment - Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
