Role Responsibilities Evaluate patients and determine their medical history. Diagnose and treat nervous system disorders as a Neurologist. Perform surgical procedures on the brain and nervous system as a Neurosurgeon. Manage heart conditions and treatment plans as a Cardiologist. Conduct surgeries related to the urinary system as a Urologist. Investigate gastrointestinal disorders and provide appropriate treatment as a Gastroenterologist. Care for patients with kidney diseases as a Nephrologist. Administer critical care for patients with life-threatening conditions as a Critical Care Physician. Specialize in women's health and issues related to the reproductive system as a Gynecologist. Utilize laparoscopic techniques for performing minimally invasive surgeries. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention. Stay updated on the latest medical research and advancements in specialties. Ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Qualifications Medical degree (MBBS) from an accredited institution. Specialization in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Cardiology, Urology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Critical Care, Gynecology, or Laparoscopic Surgery. Valid medical license to practice in India. Proven experience in respective medical fields Exceptional analytical and diagnostic skills. Strong communication skills for patient and team interaction. Ability to work under pressure in critical situations. Commitment to continuous professional development. Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills. Patient-centered approach to care. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Adherence to ethical and legal standards in medical practice. Strong problem-solving abilities. Good time management skills.
