About the Role

Saraswati Group of Colleges invites applications for the position of Security Supervisor to oversee and manage campus security operations. The role demands strong leadership, discipline, and the ability to coordinate effectively with security staff to ensure safety, vigilance, and order across the campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day functioning of the campus security team.
• Ensure proper gate control, ID verification, and visitor management.
• Maintain discipline among staff, students, and visitors within the campus.
• Conduct regular rounds to check for any safety or security lapses.
• Manage shift schedules and attendance of guards.
• Coordinate with administrative and hostel departments during events, emergencies, and night hours.
• Prepare daily security reports and incident logs.
• Ensure compliance with institutional safety protocols and fire safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Ex-Serviceman preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in security supervision (educational institution / industry / hospitality).
• Strong communication and crisis management skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and maintain high standards of vigilance and conduct.
• Physically fit and disciplined personality.
