Team supervision and management : Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of security guards. Create security staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage. Ensure security personnel follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Operations and compliance : Conduct regular patrols of all hotel areas, including public spaces, guest floors, and back-of-house areas. Manage access control to restricted areas and monitor surveillance systems, such as CCTV. Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and perform safety audits. Incident management : Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and security incidents promptly. Investigate incidents and write detailed reports, coordinating with local law enforcement and other departments as needed. Follow up on all security-related issues and complaints. Safety and emergency preparedness : Assist in developing and implementing safety and security policies. Conduct and/or assist with security awareness and emergency response training for staff. Coordinate with other departments on security matters, including events and guest services.
