Security Supervisor

• Team supervision and management:
• Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of security guards.
• Create security staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Ensure security personnel follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Operations and compliance:
• Conduct regular patrols of all hotel areas, including public spaces, guest floors, and back-of-house areas.
• Manage access control to restricted areas and monitor surveillance systems, such as CCTV.
• Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and perform safety audits.
• Incident management:
• Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and security incidents promptly.
• Investigate incidents and write detailed reports, coordinating with local law enforcement and other departments as needed.
• Follow up on all security-related issues and complaints.
• Safety and emergency preparedness:
• Assist in developing and implementing safety and security policies.
• Conduct and/or assist with security awareness and emergency response training for staff.
• Coordinate with other departments on security matters, including events and guest services.

Required skills and qualifications

• Previous experience in security, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and security procedures.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards (e.g., OSHA).
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure.
• High level of integrity and a strong code of ethics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
