Security Supervisor

As a Security Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing all daily duty locations and responsibilities of Security Associates. You will be responsible for coordinating a smooth daily operation in line with department standards and Manager's directions. Effective communication and information exchange between management and security staff will be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all Security Associates are aware of and adhere to company Policies and Procedures. - Conduct effective shift handovers, briefing all staff on relevant events and information, taking possession of departmental property, and ensuring their safekeeping. - Initiate investigations of crimes committed against property and persons, write incident and accident reports, monitor investigations to timely conclusion, and ensure appropriate follow-up with guests, visitors, employees, and documenting contacts. - Handle disciplinary or criminal cases correctly, securely, and courteously. - Observe and report all identified violations of company Policies and Procedures, suspicious activities, and criminal acts to Company Management. - Maintain the security of the Hotel's assets, including guests, colleagues, contractors, and visitors. - Report all identified security hazards to company management. - Maintain a high level of discipline, punctuality, and regular attendance as required by the standards. - Record all observed incidents on a daily log of incidents and submit the same to Company Management.
