Job Description

Looking for a skilled Security Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in security management, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate security personnel for effective crowd control and safety.
  • Develop and implement security protocols to prevent accidents and incidents.
  • Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Train and guide staff on security procedures and emergency response.
  • Manage incident investigations and reporting to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in security management, preferably in hotels and restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and guests.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively.
  • Familiarity with fire safety, access control, and CCTV systems is desirable.
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
