Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Security Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in security management, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate security personnel for effective crowd control and safety.
  • Develop and implement security protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents and reports.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in security management, preferably in hotels and restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
  • Familiarity with fire safety and first aid procedures.
  • Any graduate degree is required.
